General Agreement for Lead Generation System:
1) You are entering into an agreement with Covenant Global, LLC. Covenant Global is a Limited Liability
Company with a license from the State of Delaware, and acting in accordance with the Limited Liability
Company laws and regulations that govern such entities within the United States of America.
2) You, the party entering in this agreement with Covenant Global, LLC, agrees that your website,
business, and any other associations made with your business, as a part of this agreement, is yours and
that your business is your own, or that you are acting in accordance as a representative of this business,
and that you are not violating any copyright laws by representing your business as such to Covenant Global,
LLC.
3) You agree that this agreement with Covenant Global, LLC. is for the purposes of Internet marketing for
your specific business, product, or service. Covenant Global, LLC. is acting a marketing element for your
company without guarantee or pre-qualification to specific sales figures, sales conversions, leads
generated, or any others specific representation to the outcome of the advertising services provided by
Covenant Global, LLC.
4) You agree to not hold Covenant Global, LLC. liable for any actions associated with, or as a result of, our
services. You are entering in this agreement with Covenant Global, LLC. for the purposes of promoting and
advertising your business as represented by yourself, or other company representatives.
5) You have the right to cancel your program at any time. Upon cancelling your account, all active
measures associated with your advertising campaign will cease.
6) If Covenant Global, LLC. purchases any properties for your campaign (domain names, websites, etc..),
and after cancelling, you wish to purchase such properties, Covenant Global, LLC. agrees to negotiate terms
of sale at that point. This in no way guarantees, or makes liable, Covenant Global, LLC. to be obligated to
sell associated properties.
7) Covenant Global, LLC. retains all rights and ownership to the domain, content, blogs, and all other
associated properties with your program unless otherwise negotiated, and agreed upon terms are settled
upon. If you cancel your program, Covenant Global, LLC. retains all rights and ownership to all associated
web properties (domain, content, blogs, imagery, etc...)
8) There are no refunds associated with this program.
9) We adhere to a non-compete clause. Our non-compete clause states that we will not work with directly
competing clients as defined by 1) your targeted keyword phrases, and 2) your targeted business region /
area. Both criteria must be met to meet our non-compete agreement. For example: You are a pool
cleaning service in Los Angeles you are targeting "la pool cleaning services". We could not work with any
other pool cleaning services in Los Angeles, but WE COULD work with a pool cleaning service in, say, Miami,
Florida.
